Our IBC (or Intermediate Bulk Container) Immersion Heaters are submersible heaters that screw directly onto container lids to provide safe and uniform heating. They provide maximum thermal efficiency and have an overall improved heat rate as compared to standard wrap-around heaters. 

Our immersion heater for IBC is made of stainless steel tube element AISI 316L (1.4404) and is IP65 to cope with outdoor environments. The diameter of the heater fits the top opening of IBC tanks and has an active heating zone that requires a standard 1000 liter IBC tank to be at least half-filled. 

The entire surface of the immersion rod radiates heat which makes the emission quick and evenly distributed. This ensures that the liquid in immediate contact does not burn or overheat. There is also no room for concern regarding liquid damage to the key controls of the heater, since all the components are thoroughly sealed off.

Our immersion heater comes with a fixed handle, which makes it easy to lift in and out of the tank and a breeze to hang when not in use. It provides heat directly, and instantly to the outlet valve, thus the wait time is essentially negligible and the ramp functionality is super. This high-speed transfer allows this immersion heater to stand abreast with satellite and space technology.
