The heating jacket is designed to fit standard and customer-customized gas bottle dimensions, providing highly efficient and effective heating.

These heaters are available in different capacities and nominal powers, depending on the size of the gas bottle or cylinder being heated, and can be used for temperature classes T6, T5, T4, and T3 depending on the temperature setting of the limiter. The heater is designed to be robust, flexible, and dissipative, making it suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. The heater has a protection class of IP65/I, which means it is dust-tight and protected against water jets.

10L Gas Bottle Heater: The 10L Gas Bottle Heater is a compact and lightweight option for heating smaller gas bottles. It weighs only 6kg and has a nominal power of 380W, making it ideal for applications such as laboratories and research facilities, where small amounts of gas are needed for experiments or testing. It can also be used for portable welding equipment.

The ATEX Gas Bottle Heater series is system-approved with an EC-type examination certificate according to RL 2014/34/EU appendix III, and is delivered fully configured and ready to use without further acceptance procedures. It is important to note that the heater should be operated at a maximum temperature of 50°C (cylinder temperature) in accordance with technical rules TRG 310 / TRBS 3145 / TRGS 745.
