The silicone drum heater belt is the flexible solution for uniform heating of drums in different sizes. Thanks to its robust silicone construction, the silicone drum heater belt fits standard and special drums from 25L to 200L and allows precise temperature control from 0°C to 120°C — ideal for processing viscous industrial materials.

Applications

The silicone drum heater belt is used wherever drums of varying sizes need flexible and uniform heating:

• Chemical industry: viscosity reduction of resins, solvents, adhesives
• Food: melting and tempering of waxes such as lanolin, ghee or edible fats
• Pharmaceutical: tempering of vaseline, paraffin wax and care oils

Model Variants

Three further silicone band ranges are available, each built around a different level of temperature control. The Eco range applies a lower power density, for products that benefit from a gentler warm-up; the Performance range applies a higher power density, for drums that have to be at temperature quickly; and the Digital range uses a digital thermostat, where the setpoint has to be held closely.
