The JP-132 SS is the standard stainless steel member of the JP-132 range — the choice when the process requires metal wetted parts but the media and accessories stay within PVC and PP compatibility. The 316Ti stainless steel tube handles diluted acids and alkalis, ammonia, thin liquid foods, hydraulic oils and machine oils at temperatures up to 90°C. The set is completed with a PVC hose and a PP nozzle with PTFE seal, keeping the complete fluid path within the familiar PP/PVC compatibility range while the SS tube brings the higher temperature ceiling and food-grade material contact.
Purpose — SS tube compatibility with standard hose and nozzle accessories
Where the JP-132 PP is limited to 50°C, the 316Ti stainless steel tube extends the working temperature to 90°C for the same range of diluted acids, alkalis and cleaning agents. The SS tube also opens liquid food transfer — fruit juices, edible oils and milk — where PP is not food-grade. The PVC hose and PP nozzle keep the accessory wetted materials consistent with what operators already know from the PP version. For applications where solvents or flammable organic media are involved, the JP-132 SS Chem with its universal chemical hose and brass/PTFE nozzle is the correct choice.
How it works in practice
The JP-140 motor drives a stainless steel shaft connected to an axial impeller at the base of the 316Ti pump tube. Available in 700, 1000 and 1200 mm — the 1200 mm length covers full IBC depth. The motor attaches via connection thread G 1¼". The ¾" (DN 19) outlet connects to the 2 m PVC hose included. The PP nozzle with ¾" PTFE seal completes the fluid path.
