When you need to transfer acids, alkalis or detergents from bottles, canisters or other narrow-neck containers at higher flow rates, the JP-128 builds on the JP-125 platform with a larger Ø 28 mm pump tube. The wider tube cross-section delivers up to 35 l/min — nearly double the output of the Ø 25 mm version — while maintaining the same chemical resistance, compact form and complete plug-and-play configuration.
Purpose — Higher throughput from narrow-neck containers
The JP-128 is the right choice when the JP-125 is not fast enough. Larger filling volumes, continuous dispensing at a filling station, or containers with an inner neck opening that accommodates a 28 mm tube — these are the conditions where the larger diameter translates directly into time saved per transfer. The Ø 28 mm tube fits containers with an inner opening from approximately 31 mm upward, opening up a wider range of industrial container types compared to the 25 mm version.
How it works in practice
The JP-120 motor drives a Hastelloy shaft connected to an axial impeller at the base of the pump tube. Insert the pump tube into the container until the impeller tip is below the liquid surface. The motor attaches via connection thread G 1", and the ¾" (DN 19) outlet connects to the 2 m PVC hose included in the set. The PP nozzle with ¾" connection and FKM seal allows one-handed dispensing. The Hastelloy (HC) drive shaft ensures the pump handles media that would corrode standard stainless steel — including concentrated acids and alkalis up to 50°C.

Operational Requirements
