Manual Hand Pump Set for liquid foods. 

Manual hand pumps are always a useful and cost effective alternative to conventional electric or air operated drum pumps when only small quantities of media have to be removed out of canisters or drums or if the customer would use the drum pump only occasionally or rarely.

This pre-assembled drum pump set is a complete plug-and-play kit where everything you need to get started is included in the package. Simply unpack, install in the drum and you are ready to pump.

The red JP-04 hand pump comes with fluoropolymer seals for liquid foods. 

Our hand pumps are equipped with a 2″ male thread drum adapter and can be mounted in every 60 and 200 liters of standard steel drums. For plastic canisters and plastic drums there are nine different thread adapters upon request available. We will be glad to help you to make the right choice! 

The maximum viscosity of the pumped fluids for the hand pumps is 1.000 mPas. 

The average flow rate is 20 l/min

The illustrated hand pumps can be used for 200 liter drums and smaller containers. The pump tube can be adjusted from 500-900mm.

If you ever need to remove small quantities of media out of of an IBC we can extend the suction tube at several plastic hand pumps up to 1200 mm pump tube length.
