Crafted with high-quality materials, these heating tapes are exceptionally durable, flexible, and efficient. Their close contour ensures superior contact with the media, maximizing heat transfer and energy efficiency compared to traditional heating equipment. These heating tapes manage the viscosity of liquids, prevent condensation, and minimize downtime, helping your product reach optimal temperatures quickly and reliably.

The tapes are protected with a copper braid for durability, grounding, and resistance to wear and tear. They are built to withstand extreme bending without damage, providing reliable performance while reaching high temperatures almost instantly. With a maximum exposure temperature of up to 200°C, they deliver rapid and consistent heating.

The Series-500 (W516) Digital Temperature Controller incorporates an intelligent Fast Adaptive Tuning (FAT) algorithm to prevent overheating and provide accurate temperature supervision. This easy-to-use controller is our bestseller and can be placed on a table or mounted on a wall. The intuitive LCD display allows for easy temperature setting, menu language selection, password activation, and other available options. The controller is very easy and intuitive to use.

Installation is straightforward. Simply wrap the tape around the desired surface, place the Type-K temperature sensor between the tape and the surface, power on, set the desired temperature on the controller, and the system is ready to go. Ensure even spacing and avoid overlapping for optimal heating.
